The Beer
Siren Craft is a small outfit based in West Berkshire with a clear aim: to arouse people’s curiosity in the endless flavour possibilities of beer. The guys use up to eight times as many ingredients as you find in standard, large-production beer and make their brews in small batches to keep everything fresh. They also take a slow, artisanal approach to crafting it, saying it'll be ready when it’s time, not because it’s due out the door. Scene Stealer is Siren's latest California-style IPA. Packed full of tropical fruit, bright citrus and resin notes, and at a sizeable 6%, it's a satisfying brew. It's simple malt bill is the perfect back drop for hops Citra and Simcoe to shine. Expect fresh pine, ripe tropical fruit and a tangy bitterness.
