Winemaker Sylvain Delabre knows all the local growers very well and uses a selection of traditional grapes, the varieties that have been around for centuries, to make up this white. Locals Marsanne, Macabeu, Vermentino and Grenache Blanc, it hits just the right note of weight and freshness. Chill the bottle down, lay out your picnic and enjoy. It'll go with most things and is very refreshing to sip on its own, too.
