But even top estates very occasionally have a vat or two surplus to requirements, be that due to a bumper harvest, a cancelled order, or the need to accommodate a new vintage. Under its normal label this super Sauvignon sells for a hefty premium (and has won three Golds), so to protect that position, we’re sworn to absolute secrecy.
