Light, bouncy and golden – that’s how Jeremy Clarkson describes his new Hawkstone Bounder lager. And, boy, he’s not wrong. So fresh, lively and deliciously hoppy, it’s as welcome as a drop of spring sunshine after a long, stern winter.

The Beer
You’ve probably seen Clarkson’s Farm, the smash-hit series following Jeremy’s ups and downs running Diddly Squat Farm. And you may already have tried the range of Hawkstone beers which were originally brewed using malted barley grown exclusively on the farm. But with newly released Bounder, the emphasis is more on the refreshing qualities of British-farmed hops. They give this cracking lager fresh spring meadow aromas and very low bitterness – making it incredibly easy to drink. It also has sweet malt notes, fresh-baked bread character, soft mouthfeel and a very sessionable 4.2% abv. Absolutely perfect for sipping in the sunshine. Hawkstone beers always fly out the door, so you’ll have to move fast to catch this Bounder.
