It's from a winery that specialises in no or nearly zero alcohol wines, an appetising fizz made using deliciously ripe Semillon grapes from various regions across south east Australia. Then the magic happens: the alcohol is oh-so-gently removed via a spinning-cone process. This ensures that a minimum of the aroma and fruit disappears, while leaving behind a fizz with plenty of zing. Think ripe apple and gentle tropical fruit flavour with a lemony-crisp zip and a flurry of fine bubbles. Share a glass with your guests and see if they realise it has less than 0.5% alcohol.
