When her husband passed away, Sophie Gangolphe didn’t hesitate in swapping one dream for another – leaving the Paris School of Dance and heading to manage the Corsican vineyard he loved so much. There, the grapes ripen to perfection thanks to the heat and cooling ocean breezes, producing pinks that rival Provence for their delicate flavour (but for a better value price). Made from local speciality grapes, with a generous splash of Grenache for juicy raspberry flavour, Alzitella is crisp, berry fresh and ready to whisk you to sunshine and turquoise seas with every glass.
