Christophe Cordier Saint-Véran En Faux 2017
Saint-Véran AOC

Christophe Cordier is a perfectionist. He decides when to harvest by taste alone, then matures his wine in barrels made from oak from a single forest and bottles it without filtration by gravity. Enjoy his almost Meursault-like Saint Véran 2017.

The Wine
Robert Parker once described a Christophe Cordier wine as “the finest Saint Véran I have ever tasted”. Neal Martin described the 2015 as “almost like a Meursault”. This generation includes Christophe Cordier, called a “miracle worker” by Wine Spectator.
