Founded in 1964, Jacquart is a young Champagne House aiming to bring a more modern and relaxed sense of luxury to the world of Champagne. They hope that even the small everyday pleasures can be turned into a special occasion, with a glass or two of fizz shared with others. Their Mosaique label is named after the patchwork of vineyards, grape varieties and vintages which make up the delicious house style at Jacquart. Chardonnay is distinctive in adding elegance, minerality and citrus fruits. Pinot Noir brings structure and complexity and Pinot Meunier the soft fruitiness. Matured on lees for at least three years, Mosaique has a fresh, delicate bouquet of white fruits, apricot and biscuit. No excuse required - chill down the bottle.
