The Wine
McPherson Wines produces some of our customer’s favourite wines, including ever-popular The Full Fifteen. We are therefore excited to share with you another wine from their accolade-packed portfolio. Award-winning chief winemaker Jo Nash is at the top of her game and the talent behind this new treasure. With the increasing popularity of Italian grape varieties Down Under, Jo jumped at the chance to showcase Fiano ripened by Aussie sunshine – bright citrus and peach fruits, along with notes of honey, hazelnut and spice. Barrel fermented and aged on lees, Bella Luna has a lovely balance of richness and freshness to make it a delicious food-friendly wine. Enjoy with roast chicken, creamy pasta al limone or on its own on a moonlit terrace!
