Like this London Dry Gin from The Times. It’s crafted from juniper at its base, with the addition of 16 other botanicals – you may well be able to pick them out in the aroma. They include coriander, orris and liquorice root, angelica, cassia bark, cinnamon, dried lemon and dried orange peel, plus the fresh zest of lemon, orange, lime, white and pink grapefruits, clementine and pomelo, all cold distilled. Each wax sealed bottle is individually numbered with a label featuring the Times Lion resting on juniper branches. Ideal for G&T or cocktails.
