Journey’s End winery is the perfect example of good people making great wines. Indeed, last year they won 'Ethical Company of the Year' from Drinks Business publication for their terrific work in supporting the local community through a number of development programmes. For this tangy-fresh Sauvignon, they used grapes from vineyards in beautiful St Sebastian Bay. Ocean breezes along golden beaches not only provide great waves for surfing, but help to cool down the vines. Grapes love it as you'll taste in this citrusy fresh, ethically produced Sauvignon. This expressive, gooseberry-fresh, tropical-infused Sauvignon has pleasing roundness too from a little lees ageing. Chill a bottle down, it's a cracker on its own; great too with seafood.
