The Wine
Nestled in the northern Mount Lofty Ranges, Clare Valley is ideal for top-class Rieslings. It has vineyards up to 609 metres altitude and in summer, temperatures can drop from 40° during the day to 1° at night. This encourages a long, leisurely ripening of the grapes, capturing maximum aroma, depth and freshness. Our ‘Limited Release’ labels are reserved for special parcels where we can’t reveal our source.
