Pour out moreish spicy-berry Cabalié from its fully recyclable, low-carbon packaging that easily slots in anywhere – cupboard, rack, picnic! Thanks must go to Hervé Sabardeil, the multi-award-winning winemaker who crafts this ripe red, searching out the best parcels of grapes from the Roussillon region. Old-vine Grenache packs the juicy plum, Syrah brings herby blackberry notes, while the peppery lift comes from Carignan. It's great as a simple glass on its own but also pairs well with favourites lasagne or bangers and mash.
