Our intrepid gastronauts, Justin and Grant - the Ministers of Taste - have found a new frontier to boldly go to. They have been inspired by their recent explorations into the way that sounds can influence your perception of taste.

So, after extensive research (yes, lying around, drinking wine and listening to music), we are delighted to invite you to join us at The Ministry of Taste, for a Wine and Music tasting that we hope will amaze you and delight you in equal measure.

Using state of the art individual headphones, you will listen to three very different music tracks while you taste each wine in turn. Will the music change the flavour, or alter how much you enjoy the wine? And if so, how on earth can this actually work?
