For our events, you will not get a physical ticket. For the Wine Festival you will be sent details for your e-ticket/s in the month prior to the event which we ask you to bring with you to the event either printed, or this can be displayed on a mobile device – if you cannot find this, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us on 03330 148 200. For all other events your confirmation email acts as your ticket.

On entrance to the Wine Festival, Vineyard Partner and Fine Wine tickets will be swapped for a wristband to give you access to the Partner Lounge and Fine Wine Room.

Tickets are valid only for the date and time booked. If you are unable to attend the event you have booked, please contact us immediately. We are unable to cancel and refund any event tickets.

Please note, for our standard events, if you wish to cancel at least 14 days before the event we will issue you a credit for the value paid or change of date/time (subject to availability). After this time, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed.

For our Wine and Dinner Evenings, if you wish to cancel at least 28 days before the event we will issue you a credit for the value paid or change of date/time (subject to availability). After this time, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed.

No-show bookings are non-refundable, and you will not be able to rebook for a different date. To cancel your place at an event or change the date/time please call 03330 148 200 or email events.feedback@sundaytimeswineclub.co.uk. If the tasting is marked as sold out or has disappeared from the website, it is highly likely that we cannot physically accept any more people at the event. Do get in touch with us on 03330 148 200 or email events.feedback@sundaytimeswineclub.co.uk as we might be able to put you on a waiting list.

Tickets can be bought on the door, subject to availability. Please inform security if you'd like to purchase a ticket and they will show you to Orders & Information.

We will send these by letter in the post. Please note if you purchase a ticket/s the week of the Festival we cannot guarantee the post and so if you can provide as email address this would be best.

We can provide a voucher for your gift to be presented, please ensure you fill in the gift message at the basket for this to apply. We will send these to the email address on your account.

We cannot allow anyone into the event that has not bought a ticket.

All our venues have good disabled access. If you have any queries about access at specific venues, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us on 03330 148 200 or email events.feedback@sundaytimeswineclub.co.uk and we’ll work with you to make it work for you.

We have a strict no admittance policy to anyone under 18 years old since alcohol is being served, including babes in arms and pushchairs. We reserve the right to ask for photographic identification with proof of age.

There are many spittoons placed around the tasting room and we ask you to use them. There are also water stations with copious quantities of mineral water for you to help yourself to. We are keen that everyone enjoys themselves but we encourage everyone to sip splendidly and taste responsibly. For more information, please visit drinkaware.co.uk. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol to anyone who we feel has over-imbibed.

Customers who have purchased tickets to the Wine Festival are entitled to a refund on tickets via the original transaction method.

No - If you've already received your ticket please dispose.

  • A professional photographer will be present at this event. The photographs/videos may be used for marketing and promotion in our publications and on our digital channels.
  • There is no smoking allowed within the venue.
  • Please dress comfortably, there is a small charge for items in the cloakroom at the Wine Festival. No fancy dress is permitted at the event.
  • Strictly no containers holding wine, beer or spirits can be removed from the premises.
  • The venue and organisers shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage within the premises.
  • Attendees will be liable for the full commercial cost of any wines or equipment lost or damaged as a result of their individual actions whilst on-site.
