Want a distinct and refreshing gin for your G&T – choose Warner's. It’s made by Tina and Tom Warner, who started their prize-winning gins in 2012. Today, it's all about provenance for them, foraging for local botanicals close to their Northamptonshire Falls Farm. The beating heart of the operation is ‘Curiosity’, a gleaming copper Arnold Holstein still (it’s a tradition to give stills a name). The key botanicals – lavender, angelica root, lemon verbena – are all handpicked and added to classic juniper and 'rescued' citrus peel for a real burst of freshness. Water for the gin is local too, drawn from a spring 300 metres from the distillery. Fragrant and refreshing, it's ideal poured over ice and topped up with Indian tonic.
