It's from Spain's eastern shores – Valencia – and is made by winemaker supremo Fernando Tarin Casado, a specialist in capturing the fruity freshness of the Moscatel grape. Delicate bubbles releasing grape, mandarin, apricot, honeysuckle and orange blossom notes, with the sweetness balanced by a delicious lemony freshness. Chill a bottle down well and enjoy La Chica Bonita as a cheeky lunchtime tipple, or glass with tea-time cake, a light aperitif in the last of the summer sun or to pair with spicy tapas bites.
