Although the land has been in the family for generations, it’s been just over a decade since they built their first winery. Nestled in the Breede River Valley – known for its rich calcareous soils, this region is celebrated not only for producing ripe fruit wines, but also for its bountiful citrus orchards and horse breeding heritage. Remarkably, this family excels at all three – the wine’s name pays homage to two of their passions.
