This is a crisp, minerally, lime fresh white from the Luis Felipe Edwards estate, three times winner of the Chilean ‘Winery of the Year’ award. Having made his money in the construction industry, Luis Felipe Edwards Snr purchased a vineyard then slowly bought up more and more so that today he owns all of a valley in Colchagua. He renovated a beautiful old colonial house, sparing no expense and adding a state of the art winery and luxurious barrel cellar. Their chief winemaker is the highly talented Nicolas Bizzarri, one of the first Chileans to graduate from Australia’s prestigious Roseworthy wine college. Made from a selection of the estate’s best Sauvignon grapes, this white is great solo or as a partner to fish, salads or shellfish.
