For once we must beg you not to touch this beauty for a few years. Otherwise it'd be pure porticide! Taylor's has a reputation for producing arguably the finest and most ageworthy vintage wines. Just look at the 2017's 99 points and 2016 got 100! Taylor’s own three estates and after every harvest each property’s finest wines are kept aside to age. After two years, the tasting panel returns to see if the wines are of exceptional quality. If they pass this stage, they are blended together, Quinta Vargellas bringing structure, elegance and complexity, while Quintas Terra Feita and Junco add body and great depth of fruit. Only then does the panel decide whether the wine is worthy to be a ‘declared’ vintage. The 2017 was more than up there!
