New Zealand’s Marlborough is the hottest ticket out for vibrant Sauvignon Blanc and we think you'll love this third release of Waitui Bay. 2019 was an outstanding vintage from the top of the North Island down to Central Otago in the South Island. Warm but not too hot conditions were very favourable, resulting in a ravishing range of flavours. The style this year is marked by lovely fruit ripeness balanced by leafy freshness. In this wine you’ll notice a lifted floral aroma with bright stone fruits, too, a hint of guava and a bright mineral quality – a touch more delicate than some. It’s made by one of the founding families of the Marlborough region. Chill the wine down and enjoy as a glass on its own or with salmon or a spicy stir-fry.
