A super lime fresh Aussie Sauvignon that has medals in abundance. No surprise when you consider the stellar credentials of the winemaker, paired with the terrific ocean cooled Margaret River location. Citrus intensity with exotic fruit tenor.

Margaret River in Western Oz may only account for 5% of Australia's wine output, but gets more than its fair share of top scores. It's an ocean cooled region, producing exceptionally good Bordeaux style reds and crisp, often Sauvignon led, whites. This is one of its stars, made by a winemaker of impeccable pedigree. Frédérique Perrin has incredible track record, starting with Leeuwin in Margaret River, then with Champagne Krug, Domaine Chandon, California's Newton Vineyard and also Cape Mentelle. Her expertise shines through in this elegant, Sauvignon release. Cool fermented to be citrus crisp with tropical hints of guava and kiwi, underscored by stony freshness. Just the ticket, well chilled, on its own, with spicy Thai or seafood.

"Simply the best, a delicious white with a crisp finish. Great with food or just on its own" 5 Star Online Review
