And their orchards – today nearly 200 years old – are a family heirloom of the co-founder’s Xavier d’Audiffret Pasquier. That predates any posh Bordeaux vine out there! Sassy make their cider from 100% fresh pressed apple juice. No concentrates are involved unlike most ciders in the UK. The result is a completely organic, crisp apple flavoured drink.
