Lapostolle is no stranger to accolades – every year their small range of wines gains many high scores from critics. The perfect 100 has only ever been achieved by a very small number of wineries across the world, yet Lapostolle has gained it three times. This pioneering estate was founded in 1994 by Alexandra Marnier Lapostolle and her husband Cyril de Bournier. Originally from Bordeaux, they fell in love with Chile’s Colchagua Valley. They built an impressive six-level winery, elliptically shaped, that today is still pure state of the art. The estate boasts 370 hectares of biodynamic vines across Colchagua, Casablanca and Cachapoal. Apalta, within Colchagua, produces some of the country's finest wines. Open the wine early and decant.
