If you're familiar with the 6th-generation Louw family winery of Diemersdal, you'll know they produce exciting, world beating wines in the Cape's cool coastal regions. Current generation in charge is Thys Louw, who has a lifelong passion for Sauvignon Blanc. He makes a delicious range in South Africa, some experimental ones too. However, he's always had a desire to have a go in the grape's New World top spot – Marlborough, Dillons Point subregion to be exact! He discovered a vineyard and teamed up with Ben Glover and his family to make this superb white. The grapes are ocean cooled and benefit from ancient glacial soils and plentiful sunshine. It all adds up to a super aromatic, mineral fresh, vibrantly fruity white. Top with seafood.
