The Bartoli Giusti family have nurtured the vines of Tuscany for centuries and is run today by siblings Gino Antonio and Anna Maria Foccacci. Besides their 10 hectares of olive groves, they have 20 hectares of prized Sangiovese (known here as Brunello) on the slopes looking down towards Brunello itself. The grapes are all handpicked, with the finest going towards their Brunello and Brunello Riserva wines. This enables them to do a strict selection in the vineyard, as well as in the cellar. After its careful fermentation, this gorgeous, rich and complex red is aged for three years in barrel, the rest in bottle, to ensure a wine of the utmost finesse and complexity. Let the wine breathe and serve with a rich game or beef casserole.

"Silky elegance and layers of red fruit, cigar box, herby complexity. A great wine to savour" Leonardo Bassano
