What are Wine Plans?
If you love our wine and would like a regular case, conveniently delivered every 12 weeks (or more or less as you prefer), they are a great way to discover new wines and enjoy your favourites. And what's more you always get a minimum 10% discount on the usual selling price of the wines.
Can I specify my preference?
There are many themed cases to choose from, and from there you can decide if you want to take the case we have put together for you, or if you wish, you can swap in different bottles from our range, 1 bottle, 2 or all 12. It's completely up to you. For example, if we've included a couple of bottles of Australian Chardonnay but you prefer Sauvignon Blanc you can easily make the change, either online or over the phone. Whatever you choose, each wine will be accompanied by individual tasting notes so you learn a little about the wine, glass in hand.
Setting your wine plan preferences
- Preferences are only applied to the Seasons wine plan (mixed, red, white and rosé cases).
- If you love a grape variety or wine region then tell us using the form provided (link to form) and we will ensure up to half your case is made up of the wines you love and the other half gives you the opportunity to discover some new favourites.
- If you don't like a particular grape variety or region, then check Don't send me, and we will ensure we never include these.
- When you save your preferences your next case will be changed automatically.
- If you have already made any changes to your next case when you set your preferences, they will be applied to cases delivered after the one you have already changed.
- We realise the varieties and regions on the form are not exhaustive (wine is a big world) so if you have any particular preferences that are not included please use the "Change some wines" facility to alter your case.
What if I don't want the case?
If you're going away and don't want the case to arrive until you get back then you can delay or bring forward the delivery to suit you. Or you can miss a delivery completely if you wish. Make the change here: Wine Club Wine Plans ,call our team on 0845 194 7720 or Contact Us via email.
