Q: How do I spend my funds?
A: Simply order as usual and you can select how much of your Rewards funds to use either during the online checkout process or over the phone.
Q: Can I buy wine without using my funds?
A: Yes. You will get your benefits on every 12 bottles in your order, whether you use your funds or not. The same applies to your wine plan purchases.
Q: How will I be charged?
A: Every month we will charge the original credit/debit card (the one you used when you joined). You can change your payment card or payment date anytime in your online account.
Q: Will you send me wine automatically?
A: No. Rewards allows you to order when you want to. You are always in control.
Q: Can I change how much I pay in each month?
A: Yes. You can select a new payment amount anytime in your online account.
Q: What happens to my funds if I cancel Rewards?
A: Your funds can still be spent on anything in our range if you cancel. Of course, if you prefer a refund we can arrange that for you.
Q: How do I know how much I have saved?
A: You can view your current balance in your online account. You can also view all the payments you have made into your account in the payment history section.
Q: When can I take advantage of my benefits?
A: As soon as you have joined. It may take up to 12 hours for your account to be activated so you can manage payments. However, in the meantime you will still get your benefits on any 12 bottles you order.
