Simply order as usual and you can select how much of your Rewards funds to use either during the online checkout process, over the phone or in your local store.

Yes. You will get your benefits on every 12 bottles in your order, whether you use your funds or not. The same applies to your wine plan purchases.

Every month we will charge the original credit/debit card (the one you used when you joined). You can change your payment card or payment date anytime in your online account.

No. Rewards allows you to order when you want to. You are always in control.

Yes. You can select a new payment amount anytime in your online account.

Your funds can still be spent on anything in our range if you cancel. Of course, if you prefer a refund we can arrange that for you.

You can view your current balance in your online account. You can also view all the payments you have made into your account in the payment history section.

As soon as you have joined. It may take up to 12 hours for your account to be activated so you can manage payments. However, in the meantime you will still get your benefits on any 12 bottles you order.

Yes, you can set this up in the manage payments section of your Rewards account or over the phone. When your case is due, we’ll use your funds to cover the case price and any remaining balance not covered by your Rewards will be charged to your usual Wine Plan payment card.

You can take a payment holiday to pause your payments for up to 2 months per year. You’ll still get your benefits during your payment holiday.


Rewards is only available to those aged 18 years or over. By joining you authorise us to collect payments every month from the credit or debit card you used to make the initial payment. You can cancel your payments at any time by calling us on 03330 148 168 (calls may be recorded) or emailing us at customerservice@sundaytimeswineclub.co.uk.
