Offer valid for new customers only for delivery in the UK (excluding Channel Islands and BFPO addresses) and cannot be used to purchase fine wines, champagnes or spirits, or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Customer must spend £50 or more in one transaction to receive the 10% off. The value of the voucher must be used in one transaction; no change or credit can be given for unused vouchers. Gift vouchers cannot be used as payment against the order. Vouchers are not redeemable in stores. Offer ends 31/12/2018. You or anybody you buy wine or other alcoholic products for must be 18 years or over. All goods are subject to availability and all orders are subject to acceptance by us. Standard delivery costs £7.99 per order and takes 3 working days (delivery to offshore islands, NI Scottish Highlands and some other areas of Scotland may take a few days longer). In the unlikely event of a wine becoming unavailable, a substitute of similar style and of equal or greater value will be supplied. If you change your mind about some or all of your order, you may cancel your order up to and including 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your order by phone, email or completion the cancellation form. We will then arrange to collect (free of charge) the unwanted goods and reimburse the appropriate sum paid including delivery costs if applicable (up to the amount charged for the least expensive kind of delivery service we offer) within 14 calendar days after the day on which you tell us that you wish to cancel. However, if you handle the goods whilst in your possession in a way which would not be permitted in a shop (e.g. by opening a bottle of wine or removing a seal), we will reduce your refund to reflect the reduction in the value of the goods.
