Winemaker Malcolm Francis talks you through his Champion Pinot Noir: "The 2007 vintage gave very ripe fruit so we used a 'hands-off' approach to deliver a very pure Pinot to your glass; deep fruit with delicate floral tones, nuances of liquorice, and supple, silky tannins leading to a long spicy finish. Enjoy over the next 5-7 years."
